When will my first Mail Club arrive?

Order by the 20th to guarantee the upcoming month's Mail Club. For example, order by August 20 to receive September's Mail Club.

Orders placed between the 21st–24th are often still included while we're finishing production. Orders placed on the 25th or later will begin with the following month's Mail Club.

Mail Clubs ship during the last week of each month and typically arrive during the first week of the following month.

Is every month different?
Absolutely! Every Mail Club features a brand-new theme with exclusive collectibles, stories, and surprises. Once an edition ships, it may not be available again.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account.

Can I skip a month?

Memberships are designed to ship every month. If you ever need to take a break, simply cancel your membership and rejoin whenever you're ready.

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Mail Clubs ship during the last week of each month to arrive at the beginning of the month. Once shipped, most members receive their Mail Club within 3–7 business days, depending on USPS delivery times.
