The J&J Mail Club is our way of bringing those adventures straight to your mailbox.

Every month, we turn one of our real American adventures into a collectible mailer packed with stories, postcards, stickers, activities, surprises, and other bits of nonsense we've picked up along the way.

One month we might be exploring Michigan.

The next we could be eating our way through Louisiana, surviving Texas, getting lost in New York, or discovering some weird little corner of America we'd never heard of before.

Every mailer is different.

Every adventure is real.

And every envelope is packed with exclusive items you won't find anywhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my first Mail Club arrive?

We pack up and send every Mail Club towards the end of each month, so it should land in your mailbox within the first 10 days of the new month.

If you join at any point during the month, you'll receive that month's Mail Club. Every now and then the post takes a little longer than expected, so if yours is taking its sweet time, we'd recommend giving it a couple of extra days before getting in touch.

What will I receive each month?

Every Mail Club is inspired by our latest adventure and packed with things you won't find anywhere else. Inside you'll find a brand-new letter from us, exclusive stickers, fun collectibles, local recommendations, a members-only video, and a few surprises along the way.

Will every Mail Club be different?

Absolutely! Every Mail Club is inspired by a different adventure, so every edition is completely unique. New stories, new collectibles, new stickers, new places to discover, and plenty of surprises mean there's always something new waiting in your mailbox.

When will I be billed?

Your membership renews automatically on the 20th of each month.

If your payment doesn't go through, we'll automatically retry it between the 20th and 24th.

Join on the last day of the month? No worries. You'll still receive that month's Mail Club. Your next renewal will be on the 20th of the following month for your next Mail Club.

You can check your next billing date, update your payment details, or cancel your membership anytime from your account.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Not at all! Join for one Mail Club or stick around for every adventure. There are no contracts, no commitments, and you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.

What happens if I don't receive my Mail Club?

Most Mail Clubs arrive within the first 10 days of the new month. Sometimes the post takes a little longer than expected, so we'd recommend allowing a couple of extra days.

If your Mail Club still hasn't arrived after that, just send us a message and we'll make it right.

Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely! Just update your shipping address from your account before your next renewal, and we'll make sure your next Mail Club heads to the right place.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not just yet! Right now we're shipping across the United States, but we'd love to bring Mail Club to more countries in the future.

Do you mail to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses?

Yes! Just enter your military or diplomatic mailing address at checkout as you normally would. 

Do I have to be a Mail Club member for a chance to win the UK trip?
